不同的安装角度影响阳台壁挂式太阳能的性能

阳台壁挂式太阳能热水系统一般应用于满足4 小时日照以上住宅建筑的热水供应。较多情况为太阳能集热器(平板式)安装于建筑阳台外南立面墙上,储热水箱则多悬挂固定安装于阳台内侧承重墙上。阳台窗外的太阳能集热器与储热水箱之间通过热媒介质的循环管道进行连接。储热水箱配置有电加热辅助及温度显示、手动自动操作等功能。用户使用热水时,直接打开热水阀门,冷水进入储热水箱将水箱内的热水顶出,热水流向用户用水末端的洗浴喷头。
Balcony wall-mounted solar water heating system is generally used to meet the hot water supply of residential buildings above 4 hours of sunshine. In most cases, solar collectors (flat plate type) are installed on the south facade wall outside the balcony, while hot water storage tanks are mostly suspended and fixed on the load-bearing wall inside the balcony. The solar collector outside the balcony window is connected with the hot water storage tank through the circulation pipeline of the heat medium. The hot water storage tank is equipped with electric heating assistance, temperature display, manual automatic operation and other functions. When users use hot water, they open the hot water valve directly, and the cold water enters the hot water storage tank to eject the hot water from the tank. The hot water flows to the shower head at the end of the user's water.
安装于用户阳台外窗下的太阳能集热器一般情况下多为平板型太阳能集热器(也有部分用户使用安装U型管真空管式太阳能集热器),平板集热器与用户南立面外墙之间有15-30 度的倾斜角度以满足集热器较大面积接受到阳光照射。如果采用垂直于地面的平行镶嵌安装于建筑南立面墙上时,接收到的阳光照射面积将被相应减少,会影响到太阳能热水系统的得热量和水箱温度。

Generally, solar collectors installed under the user's balcony window are flat-panel solar collectors (some users use U-tube vacuum tube solar collectors). There is a 15-30 degree inclination between flat-panel solar collectors and the user's south facade external wall to meet the large area of solar radiation. 集热器与墙面成28°夹角安装的壁挂系统的日有用得热量、水箱温升等方面均比集热器竖直安装(集热器与墙面成0°夹角)的系统高30% 以上,全年高26.4% 左右。究其原因,主要是系统2 垂直于地面安装的太阳能集热器,得到阳光照射的有效集热器投影面积较小,在阳台日照条件较好的5、6、7、8 月份,系统的得热量却达到了更低,水箱温升没有超过20 度,造成太阳能热水系统无法满足用户使用。在不考虑太阳高度角条件下,尤其是夏季平行于建筑南立面墙安装的太阳能集热器,如何获得更大的集热器面积,有效提高太阳能系统的温升,是我们进行系统设计和产品研发的方向,此次实验结果和结论分析,为探讨研究适合阳台壁挂垂直安装和设计的太阳能集热器提供了理论依据。
