一、水箱
1、 Water tank
水箱主要由内胆、保温层和外壳构成,应该满足以下要求:保温性能好、耐腐蚀性强、结构合理、造型美观。

内胆:水箱的使用寿命取决于水箱内胆的质量与使用环境。而水箱内胆的质量取决于所选用的材料和加工工艺。

内胆材料的选用多种多样,但目前公认的是不锈钢SUS3042B,其耐腐蚀性能佳,也有人称之为“食品级不锈钢”。其加工工艺主要有两种:滚压成型和焊接。滚压成型在常温下进行加工,对材料材质基本没有影响,所以耐腐蚀性能佳。焊接一般采用氩气保护焊或者脉冲焊,但是对不锈钢材质有影响:在焊接区域易产生晶间腐蚀,而且焊缝对氯离子的吸附能力很强,导致焊缝耐腐蚀性下降。尤其在水箱两侧桶底和丝头连接处的环形焊缝,容易发生腐蚀,通常焊接内胆都是先从这些地方发生腐蚀漏水。因此,内胆加工工艺为滚压成型的太阳能产品为首要选择。

太阳能热水器所有的水箱内胆均采用不锈钢SUS3042B,一次滚压成型。水箱丝扣采用一次冲压铆接工艺与水箱连接。水箱内胆无焊点焊缝,耐腐蚀性能佳,寿命长。水箱内胆的桶底采用球面+加强筋结构,有一定的承压能力。

保温:保温层是水箱外皮与内胆之间的部分,保温层性能的好坏直接影响太阳能实际可用热水量的多少.目前,太阳能热水器的保温材料主要选用聚氨酯,是公认的民用保温的好材料。聚氨酯发泡的工艺水平很重要,普通聚氨酯发泡设备简陋,采用低压发泡机或者手工发泡,原料混合不匀,热量散失快;不经过高温熟化处理,一旦温度升高就会引起二次发泡,胀破水箱外壳,挤裂内胆。另外发泡材料要好,劣质聚氨酯发泡一两年后就不保温了。而同等的材料及技术条件下,发泡厚度对保温效果起到决定性的作用。
Thermal insulation: the insulation layer is the part between the outer skin and the inner tank of the water tank. The performance of the insulation layer directly affects the actual amount of hot water available for solar energy. At present, polyurethane is the main insulation material for solar water heater, which is recognized as a good material for civil insulation. The process level of polyurethane foaming is very important. Ordinary polyurethane foaming equipment is simple and crude. If low-pressure foaming machine or manual foaming is used, raw materials are mixed unevenly and heat is lost quickly. Without high-temperature aging treatment, once the temperature rises, it will cause secondary foaming, which will burst the water tank shell and crack the inner tank. In addition, the foaming material is better, and the poor quality polyurethane foam will not keep warm after one or two years. Under the same material and technical conditions, the foam thickness plays a decisive role in the insulation effect.
但是,由于保温层被水箱外壳包覆,选择起来有些麻烦。一般品牌产品的发泡层采用机器高压发泡,发泡层密实厚重,整个水箱掂起来往往较重。还可以像买西瓜那样,质量差的产品保温层不均匀,会有空隙,用手敲打会出现空洞的声音,尤其水箱两侧封头位置。另一个方法是检查水箱真空管孔处保温层,只有这部分是可以看到的,可以看出水箱保温层的厚度,还可以用手按一按,配比满足要求的聚氨酯材料硬化之后会较硬,手指只能很勉强地压出一个痕迹,如果你很容易就压出一个坑说明这个产品的保温层偷工减料。
However, because the insulation layer is covered by the water tank shell, it is difficult to choose. The foaming layer of general brand products adopts machine high pressure foaming. The foaming layer is dense and thick, and the whole water tank is often heavier. It can also be like buying watermelon, poor quality product insulation layer is uneven, there will be gaps, tapping with hands will appear hollow sound, especially the head position on both sides of the water tank. Another method is to check the insulation layer at the vacuum pipe hole of the water tank. Only this part can be seen. You can see the thickness of the heat preservation layer of the water tank. You can also press it by hand. The polyurethane material with the matching ratio meeting the requirements will be hard after hardening, and the fingers can only squeeze out a trace. If you can easily press out a pit, it means that the insulation layer of the product is shoddy.
太阳能水箱保温采用无氟微孔整体发泡工艺。在高压恒温状态下发泡,发泡后,经过50℃高温熟化处理,拥有很不错的保温性能。
The heat preservation of solar water tank adopts fluorine-free microcellular integral foaming process. It has good foaming property at 50 ℃ and high temperature.
外壳:水箱外壳起保护保温层的作用,若质量不过关会导致开裂,里面的保温层直接暴露在室外,严重影响保温性能,更进一步会加重内胆腐蚀,造成漏水。外壳所用材质多样:铝合金、彩钢板、不锈钢板、镀铝锌板等。要注意的是外壳各个峁合面的接触缝隙不能太大,不能有松动和保温料溢出,外表不能有划痕,有划痕会加速腐蚀。
